Our journey starts in the fertile lands of Tumaco, Arauca, and other cacao-growing regions in Colombia. Over 1,300 farming families cultivate fine-flavor cacao using sustainable and ethical practices. Every bean carries not only flavor, but the story of resilience, tradition, and community.

Once harvested, the cacao undergoes fermentation and drying, unlocking its natural complexity. In small batches, we roast, grind, and refine each bean to bring out its unique profile.
